L59 06 silverado 243 head swap good or bad??
I have a 2006 with the L59 motor. Down the road i was wondering if a set of stock or ported 243 heads be worth the head ach in swapping over my 706s. I have heard of some ppl losing hp with swapping these heads over. Is this true? If so whats a good set of cheap heads?
