L31 to LS1 swap in my 98 4wd Silverado

L31 to LS1 swap in my 98 4wd Silverado
What all is needed to make this swap work.
I need the wiring harness, computer, etc... correct? Will i need new motor mounts?
The truck has the 4L60e correct? What should i do in the tranny department upgrade to a 4L80e, ect...? 3000 stall/ bigger cooler?
Im going to go with a pretty big cam/ stage 2.5 heads. What is the best option for tuning?
