Default Kooks with Cats or ORY?

I'm placing an order for a set of Kooks 1 7/8" headers and y-pipe for my 2011 Sierra 6.2L but I can't make up my mind between cats or not. Pros Cons? Is there a sound difference? I don't want the rasp! I'll probably stay with the factory 6.2 exhaust unless another catback will have better sound and performance.

I have 1 7/8" kooks with ORY and the factory 6.2 cat back. It rasps quite a bit.

I also have a stock catback from 2010 6.2 with KOOKS 1 7/8" LT's and catless y-pipe. Raspy but no drone. Would have ordered cats if I wasn't planning to add a blower.

Go cats. No significant power difference.
