Default Knockout Box?

I know that there was a thread already on the subject but I really got lost on what it actually does. Where can you get them? How much are they? Do they give you more hp and lastly do they already come tuned or do you have to have autotap and all of the other expensive tools? I know that a lot of you guys said that they are really great on the '99 trucks and helped out alot in performance?

The Knockout Box site still shows up, but Nine Ball is not making the knockout box any more, too expensive to manufacture due to the GM connectors.

I wish he was still making it.

Parish 8 put a 10K ohm resistor in-line with each of the knock sensors. He said this de-sensitized the knock sensors enough to get rid of the knock retard but still allowed the sensors to work.
