Yup, I've seen that pic quiet a few times. But that's not that same corvette hose, right? I'm trying to use only factory quick DC lines. I'd rather not use any hose barbs or clamps if I can.

Is the fitting on the fuel rail 3/8 or 5/16 quick DC?

I still need to mock up my intake on the long block and work out mounting the filter. But you get the jist...

Thanks for the visual. Depending where you buy that hose from, it might be cheaper, and better looking, to buy two nice -6AN fittings and two feet of hose. Where did you buy yours from? I can only find them for $50-60.

So is the quick connect fitting on the rail 5/16? Just like the larger feed line from the tank?

You won't see it once I install the engine cover. (07.5-13 style) Not 100% sure on the size, but it is the same size as the larger outlet on the Vette filter. I got mine from a Corvette salvage yard for a little over $20 shipped. Looked brand new when I took it out of the box.

I thought I read a thread a while ago about a guy who found a GM hose that connected to the tbss/nbss rail and was about 12-14 inches long, and the other end connected to the corvette filter. It gives u just enough room to relocate it somewhere, and still use both of the factory in/out fuel hoses. But i cant find the thread now.
I did end up building a line with AN fittings and some stainless hose. I'll get pics later today between jobs.

Looks like you just need to move the filter forward some to get the lines off the firewall....
