Default just installed AS&M's & more

I just got done installing my AS&M headers, accel wires, ngk tr55's, & egr delete! I am not getting my true duals until saturday so looks like i will drive it on open headers a few days. i think it will run better with exhaust and some backpressure.

my exhaust will be as&m's into true duals, with dynomax 23" bullet mufflers and the exhaust coming out one on each side behind the rear wheels.

surprisingly the 5.3 with open headers doesn't even seem as loud as my T/A with the 422 running through kooks headers into an x pipe bullets and dumps

Very easy, took about 3 hours. my truck is high though so that helped alot.

spray the 3 manifold bolts on each side with wd 40 before you start.

have fun re-installing the dipstick, mine was a bitchto get back in for some reason

HAHA I broke my dipstick into 3 pieces trying to get it back in. A new one is only 10 bucks though. I also frayed the power wire on the starter when I forced them in between the engine and frame on the passenger side. Mine were a bitch on the passenger side but it seems like not many other people had the trouble me and parish did with that side. You might want to trim the middle piece on the starter heat shield so it doesn't scratch up the back of your header. Also my ypipe didn't fit even cut right on the edge of the converters. I think parish and I got a set that was a bit longer that it was supposed to be.

Thanks!! They're 20" Mille Miglia Mesa's, they use to sell them at www.tirerack.com. Haven't seen them for sale there lately (don't know why).
