thats one of em but why does it show street hp needs smaller exhaust vs the race hp?

I would guess they give up a few HP on the street to keep the sound to reasonable levels and allow for easier fitment of tubing under the vehicle.

installed them already sound nice got it retune already i notice that i loss low end but i really gain some top end

So how did you do it? 3" y-pipe?
What muffler?
Don't say flowmaster please.....if so change it it's good for hurting horsepower not gaining any.
On average you lose around 8-10 hp to the wheels with a flowmaster vs a STOCK muffler.
