Default Just got Hptuners and it don't work+dyno #

well, i was waiting all week fo it and when i get it and try to read the pcm....it says it doesn't support my silverado.....now that sucks , i am so pissed and they don't ever have a phone number to reach at , so i emailed them and are waiting on that. but i could use the scan part of hptuners, that was pretty cool.

and i also went to the dyno.....370hp 5500rpm, 380 TQ.
i am running out of fuel at 5500rpm and the horsepower is still climing strong. the guy at the dyno told me 400hp esay if i could rev to the top.

The custom ECM is probably not of the same year as your truck. Since the 1999-2000 models had the "phantom knock" issue you might have a flash from a newer model year.
Lotzafun is also right, the ECM might be locked by the previous tuner.

another thaught, get another pcm from a junk yard for the year that HP Tuners will work on, junk yards around here get $65 for a used one. Then you flash it for what ever you want to achieve, just put in your VIN# into the used pcm and you are good to go again.

Thats not bad at all. A little meth would go a long way! Do you have a cam in that thing yet? Have you upgraded the springs? That was better than I was with that setup. Meth, a cam and springs, a smaller pulley, and a better tune should net you 60 or more hp. I was a tad over 430hp with those additional mods.

i was doing some logging.....i'm only running 11* of timing and with 8 degrees of knock retard. 370hp at 5500rpm isn't bad.,i say get that knock out(2000 pcm) and spray meth to get some good timing and some fuel to rev to 6300 rpm to use the cam .....is around the same as yours, don't remeber the specs.
