If he's got that seal cocked in there. fixed one or two of those. small evap leak....sometimes. that seal is crushed in there pretty good anyways. I REALLY wouldnt worry about it much. you should be good.

Damn maybe i should clarify that... we take the oe design and make i better for other manufacturers... so if we have a ford fuel pump.... our will be built exactly to teh same standards, or better than original.
I also work in the design side in a design studio with cad programs to make new parts. We unfortunately have to design the parts around the cars these days... so much safety crap, we have to play engine yoga to make evrything fit.
well youve seen the intakes weve had to design... they would be great flowing untis if we didnt have to put resonators, and muffling devices on them, which create major air restriction and turbulence, all because some soccer mom doesnt wanna hear her intake...

I know you didnt ask him... but i work for gm... and you shoudl replace your intank fuel assembly.. most likely the circuitboard wiped out that ruins the fuel guage.
if that isnt your problem then it will be your cluster
