Would a straight piece of 3 in. pipe work with the flange welded to it? I'm guessing the pipe has a bend in it; I can't remember 'cuz its been so long since I had factory pipes on my truck. I haven't seen anything like that around, the only thing I know of is to get it custom bent by a shop.

Try Gibson thats the only other company i know of that has premade **** that might sell you one. Oxidizr cant get you one, i would think he might be able to pull some strings and get you one.

Summit sells a replacement intermediate pipe for their own cat back system, i picked one up for my own custom setup, the only problem is the pipe which is 3" mandrel bent does NOT come with a flange although the pipe is formed to attach to the stock y-pipe ball style flange. I fabricated my own flange out of a 1/4" thich piece of steel, slipped it over the new pipe and bolted it to the stock y-pipe.

Summit's P/N is SUM-685720-1 only $30.39

I had a muffler shop hook me with a custom mandrel bent tail pipe, he built it, test fitted it, and took it to a guy that could make the bends mandrel, and even hooked me up with a freebe tail pipe to cruise on while i wated for the good one.
