Default intank walbro fuel pump?

the GSS340, the one in my tank makes a high pitched errrr sound when running......do yours make the same sound? it sure is loud

I just bought mine... I hope its not too loud... of course with no cats and muffler it doesnt really matter if it is....

I'm just worried it might be going bad, i really need to get my fuel pressure gauge hooked up

mine grawls some times..but most of the time it kinda quiet....

dang, mine goes errrrrrrrrrr all the time, I did a google search and read that they can be noisy but not every GSS340 seems to be that way, I guess I got a noisy one

my in-line sounds like that. I like the fact that when I prime the motor, I can be sure to hear the pump come on under the driver's seat framerail and make sure it's working.

The sound doesn't bother me at all since the STS oil pump make a similar noise also.... either way, you can't hear either over the exhaust or turbo.
