Default Intank fuel pump questions

I will be needing a new fuel pump really soon and was wondering if anyone has switched to an in tank Walbro 340 (255l/hr high pressure pump) - or any other in tank pump for that matter? How was the install? Did you have to splice any wires?

someone around here did an intank, seems like it was jojo.

i did a aux inline, it was easy to install, quiet and so for has handled my needs. i think it can get me to mid 11's or so with my heavy rig. when i was running prety rich i could get the presure to drop but now with my af ratio dialed in(11-11.5/1) it is keeping the presure up. on a non blown set up this inline would take you even farther since you wouln't need to be as rich as me.
