Default Intake systems???

I saw in a magazine a couple months ago an intake system for 5.3 trucks that included 2 seperate air filters. Does anyone know what company that is so I can contact them?
Also what are your opinions on the different types of intakes that can be used on the 5.3, which one performs the best?
And do any of you know what intake can be used on a 6.0 engine?
Thanks

Everyone on here seems to recommend the UPD system. To look at it, just click on their banner at the top.

I personally have an off brand kit from E-bay that has only the filter and heat shield, but does not use the factory airbox. But then again I only paid $50 not $150+.

Anybody else?

I would keep your stock air box and just open it up using the home brew ram-air mod. Then I would get an aftermarket intake tube, AirAid is now making intake tube replacements. You can get one from Macroautomitive for about $110. I've had a K&N FIPK and a UPD, neither worked better than the stock intake with the ram-air mod. I now have a DJ Motorsports intake tube and it help also over the stock intake tube with it's sound baffles. Total cost for the ram-air is about $30 and the AirAid intake is about $110, don't think you'll find a better intake for $140. Just my opinion though.

Here's a link to macromotive. This is only for the tube, not the complete intake kit.
