Unhappy Intake system in cold weather

As some of you have herd I have put a AEM Brute Force air intake system on my GMC truck. My question is is it ok to run the air intake system in the winter here in Michigan where the temps get down to -10 or more I dont want the engine to run to lean and blow up. I hope the computer will ajust the proper fuel mixture over the stock air intakes systems air flow I will feel better about running the intake in the winter if someone could answer my question thanks.

You'll be perfectly fine. Your trucks pcm has a table for open loop before the truck warms up and hits closed loop at 131* coolant temp. The colder the coolant temp, the richer the fuel mixture is.

It will be fine like stated above. The PCM automatically makes it's adjustments for the correct fuel mixture. EFI works wonders!
