I know it sounds odd that the truck intakes flow so well, but remember, they never had to fit under an F body hood.

Yes,
the truck intake was spec. design for torque...but i'm only sticking my 2 cents in here, because i hear of everybody switching from ls1 to ls6's...and a few to the new ls2...(don't do it) but recently i've seen some impressive #'s out of a ls1 that was ported. Has anyone seen any Numbers on a ported LS1 compared to a LS6?.
