WOW!! By far the second best mod I've done. The difference between this and stock on a centrifugally supercharged motor is night and day! Second gear starts now pull as hard as first gear used to, and thats only 2/3 throttle (to keep it from shifting down to 1st).
From a stop, if I punch it it spins to about 60 mph on the speedo, through the 1-2 shift! It leaves about 60 feet of rubber. With the stock converter I could barely chirp the tires from a stop with no brake!
Tried a 4wd launch, and it leaves the line HARD!
OK-- before converter--14.8@92 on 2.4 60'
after converter---??????????????????
Any guesses??
Is it true that for every .1 off of your 60' you get .2 off of your ET?

It'll be worth more than that with the supercharger for sure
With the ATI kit it'll start you off closer to where the charger makes power
and when it shifts between gears it drops less rpms keeping you up in rpms still making power
On a side note do you have a tranny cooler ?
I'd get one the stalls are hard on the tranny i blew mine up really fast after i put my Yank 3000 in took 2500 miles or so <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" />
Tranny cooler is worth the 50 bucks it costs
I'll second it as a worth while mod
Do you have LS1 Edit ?
