For injector offset, the PCM does have columns for load, but they are the same value all the way down. Also, the injector flow rate is a fixed number across the entire table row. This is because the trucks have a different fuel regulator
I installed Bosch injectors on my truck. I was able to straighten up my ltrims by modifying the offset. I knew I had the correct flow rate since mid - upper rpm ltrims were close to 0. It was the lower rpms that had skewed ltrims. Modifying the offset made a difference at idle and low rpms.
I found some reference to LT1 cars having similar injector setups. Would the injector tuning techniques for LT1 edit have some relevance on our trucks?

Re: Injectors/fuel pump?
If the tables are laid out simiar, yes, and if you are using the same type of injectors, definitely.
Do any of the trucks use a deadhead fuel system? (aka no return, with set fuel pressure of ~58psi)

Re: Injectors/fuel pump?
Not exactly sure what you mean about a deadhead fuel system. As far as I know, all 4.8, 5.3, and 6.0 trucks (not sure about the 8.1s since they are not LS1 based) have returns out of the fuel regulator.
I installed a bosch type wire harness, modified my fuel rail, and put in injectors from a 99 camaro (26.4 #s). I will spend some time looking over LT1 edit injector info and see what I find.
