You want these Multec 43lb injectors

You also need to upgrade your inline pump (The Procharger pump can't keep up w/ 43lb injectors) got mine HERE
GSL392
and two 128-3014 fittings (I re-used the hoses, wiring, insultor, and mount from the procharger pump)

Very easy to do, direct swap, did mine in about an hour w/ no instructions. It's pretty straight forward stuff. (Wait until you have your tune, injectors and pump and install all of it at the same time)

Relieve pressure in the system.
Remove the few bolts holding the fuel rails on/together.
Unplug the old injector harness'.
Give each rail a good tug, should pop right off.
Replace each injector in the rails. (There is a retainer clip on each one)
Reinstall in reverse order.
Install new Pump & PCM
pressurize system, check for leaks
start

I also built an intake for the Charger that relocates the filter, quiets the air bypass noise, and feeds the charger cooler air instead of hot air right off the manifold. Picture link in my sig.

I'm really interested in how your tune comes out, my Fastchip tune is off some and I am looking to get a new tune.

$360 = Killer deal ($45 each.... nice )

I ran the procharger pump after the injector install and was losing pressure at the high end of the RPM (would drop from 60-40psi) and would detonate until it shifted, not good. No probs with the new pump (60-62psi at WOT always) and no more detonation. I think the ProCharger pump is designed for high pressure not flow, when I took it off and checked it out the output side looked very restricted. The cool thing is the Walbro pump wires/plumbs right in it's place, same fuse size and everything (20 min job) slightly smaller diameter but still works fine.

My original Tune from Ed Wright was good. But the latest (updated for 4.88's, & injectors) Is very conservative, (stock rev limit and shift RPM's, probably rich too) has some tranny downshift and TC lockup issues. My main issue w/ FastChips is that it's $150 plus shipping each way, & the truck goes down for a week for each update and it is my daily driver.

Torque managment = It is designed to save your drivetrain by reducing power and softening shifts when the computer senses high torque situations. I want it removed 100% (I think the 4L80's and 2500HD drivetrain can take it) I think there is still some in there right now, cuz it's a dog off the line, not sure, Fast chips doesn't say anything about removing it, just firming shifts.

Good luck, I am gonna call Nelson next week. Still trying to decide if I want a Nelson tune or take a day off & drive 4 hours round trip to a dyno shop.

we removed 100% of mine on the hd 4l80 trans.tq mgmt is a traction control .it senses that 1 tire is grabbing more or less than the other and tones it down not to over spin either.thats why a stock hd wont spin the tires but about 3' before taking off...traction control...

If you are local to any tuner .. I would choose that over ANYONE's mail order tune.

A hands on tune is just sooo much better than a mail order no matter who it's from.

Sorry, just catching up been on vacation.

Don't need more pressure with the larger injectors.

W/ the stock injectors the only way to get more fuel is by upping the pressure (FMU) so you can force more fuel through the same size hole and the same open cycle time. W/ stock injectors I was running 90+ psi and still lean.

W/ the larger injectors 60 psi is plenty. The injectors have bigger/more openings to allow fuel in, and the open cycle can be controlled by the PCM.
