injector pigtail question.
why do i need the ls1 pigtails for the 60# injectors that i am installing? is it for the plug itself, or just the locking mechanism? just wondering. cuz i was told that just the locks were different. also is 5/8 of an inch exactly what i need to space the fuel rail for these inj.? or is that just an estimate? i would like to know because i may be doing this swap in the driveway at the dyno and dont want any surprises!! :)

Pigtails are for the connectors. Not the same as multec II. I got mine from a junkyard about $1 each. Just cut crimped and soldered. Spaced 5/8" exactly going from stock injectors to 60# mototrons w/ stock rails and intake. I cut the spacers out of aluminun tubing from Home Depot w/ a tubing cutter.

sweet pics man, thanks alot. i believe the radix injectors are the same. so i think that should work fine. those pics are worth a thousand words. thanks man.
