im going to pick up a set of 42lbs injectors, ( racetronix )
will it hurt anything to run them on the 4.8 untill i get my 6.0 built?
and do i need anything special to make them work as in tuning are they just plug in and go, nothing special needed?

 

You'll need tuning or a VERY high paying job. You'll be dumping (literally) fuel into the engine. Do not put them in until you have the tuning worked out. I started mine without tuning for a sec just to see how it would be....couldn't stay running. And that's on a procharged 4.8. So it'll be worse for you.
