Does anyone know what I'm talking about? I saw a tiny picture of this truck in a recent issue of Truckin' magazine and I haven't been able to get it out of my head ever since. It was a red '99 extended-cab Silverado with a custom C5 inspired rear end. It wasn't just like the C5 rollpan that you can buy, it looked like an actual C5 in the rear. I've been trying unsuccessfully to try and find info about this truck or at least a picture or something. I think it had a full feature in a late-nineties issue of Truckin'. Does anyone remember what I'm talking about?

 

If it is the same truck I am thinkin of it is on their website... does it have the grid 6's on it??

 

This is a picture of the fron end of the truck, it doesn't show the C5 rear though. Was this the one you were referring to?

If thats the guy ur thinkin of, I emailed budnik a couple years ago about his bumper and they told me he custom made that bumper...

Now as far as the rear end goes, I have seen tailgates and rollpans like that, but not with that lip around it... my guess is he probably bought the tailgate and rollpan and custom made that lip...

 

Email Truckin'. I know they did a feature on that truck a long time ago. I thought I had the issue but I don't.
