Default I'm getting an ABS and BRAKE warnings lights

They've come on two times in the last week and a half, both ABS and BRAKE warning lights. They appeared when I started the truck up. I don't see any fluid around the wheels, and the brake resevoir is full. What gives?

check your fuses make sure there in. also are the brakes acting funny? i had a wheel senor go out in the front left hub so my brake would lock comming up to stop.

Both of mine came on one day and the ABS pump ran constantly. I had to pull the ABS fuse to stop the pump but the lights are on, I guess its time to buy a new ABS module.

I had similar trouble accompanied with a funny grinding feel to the pedal under certain circumstances... L front wheel bearing.

That didn't happen to start around the time of your gear or tire size change did it????

Just FYI, I had ABS and Brake warning lights every 3rd start up right after my gear change. It's actually a "wheel speed sensor mismatch" code. Replacing the module or any other ABS parts will do nothing for it. The speedometer was calibrated and the lights never have come back on

Default recall

all that is done for the recall is clean the rust from around the wheel speed sensor, and applying some anticorrosion paint to the sensor mounting surface... Like colby said if you changed gears, you have a mismatch in the wheelspeeds causing your light...
