Question idling problem??? HELP

it all started with my girl leaving the fog lights on while she was working and discharged the battery completly....then the idling problem started, when i start up the truck the idle bounces up down @PARK, when i shift to DRIVE it settles down ok...but when i turn on the AC the idle bounces below normal and the truck shakes and makes a noises somewhere around the motor, even some times the truck turns off? wtf...
any suggestions what the problem could be...

Sent you a pm to help.
more than likley it is not a tune related issue, seeing it is a stock cam and has been fine in the past.

If the battery went totally dead the PCM may just need to relearn the idle...
