Will the ATI Kit for our trucks still fit with that relocation or would i have to have one custom made?

Looks like the relocation will not work with the ATI with out modifying the bracket that mounts over the alternator bracket.

Ok, well I guess my next question would be what about the bracket that ATI uses for the F-bodies? Or would I probably be better off to just buy the head unit and have someone make the bracket? I'd kinda been kicking that around anyways, to see if i could reverse the way the charger sits so that the compressor side was facing towards the grille.

The F-bodys use a completely different accessory set up. And have you seen where the head unit mounts on the F-bodies ( ). If you want do a custom mounting you may want to PM 2toneblown. He had some custom brackets made for the procharger (the big F1 unit) so he may have some more insight on making brackets.

Alright. I'll give him a ring, cause I gotta ask him something else about some parts anyways.

You will probably have to cut the water outlet, as well, on your water pump to clear the lowered throttle body. I posted some pics for this swap back in January, in this section. Do a search on ls6 intake swap, may be of some help.

For the water pump issue
What I did was use a Corvette water pump and pressed off the pulley then pressed off the pulley from a truck water pump and used it on the Corvette pump.

I had to go with the Ls1 type water pump as well. I will be using a 200-4r transmission (car is a 1955 Belair convertible)and I had to allow for the TV cable. John (Speartech) is making me some spacers so I can use the stock LS1 pump and not have to mess with changing pulleys. Makes it easier to repair if a pump should go bad in the future. Of courtse, I will be using electric fans and dont have to worry about making provisions for the mechanical fan.

I am using elec fans also, the difference between the pulleys is about 3/4 of an inch.. I would have just went with f-body or vette brackets except I have an HD and use Hydro boost. Therefor your P/S pump is hydroboost/ps and it will not work with either p/s brackets..

I relocated my alternator also due to a fuel rail clearance issue.. For that I cut off the alternator bracket from the ps/hdro bracket and then fabed a new alt bracket..
