Default ideas....

since i upgraded my heads, with a trick front mount and upgraded fuel system what would be a smart decision to save for a forged block or just get a cam and meth kit...this is my daily driver and gas mileage is of some concern, also what is a good timing chain, as well as lifters..

What size turbo is that and how much boost are you running? There are alot of people running decent boost on stock internals. What size motor do you have? Ls2 timing chain and Ls7 lifters.... If you arent running huge boost, depending on mileage of the current motor, a blower cam sounds like a nice upgrade.

Edit: just seen your screen name. Im guessing its a 6.0?

You shouldn't need meth at 12psi. I run 16psi on 93 with no issues.
If you are planning on running 12 at the most, I would get a lighter spring for your wg, so you can get a boost controller. I can run 8.6, 12, or 16 psi at the push of a button. Put a 5lb spring in it, then you can turn it way down when it's as a dd, and turn it up when it's time to play. A different cam is probably not going to help on the milage part though.
