Default whats the intake diameter?

It would seem all you need to know is the intake hose diameter at the TB end and the other end where it goes into the MAF?? Then buy that 90 rubber and about a 18" piece of intake tubing, you could polish the alum even... pretty snazzy for what $40?

It wont clear the fan shroud without EL fans.

From experience I wouldnt spend the money on an intake tube. If you plan on getting deep into the performance aspect you will need tuning or a tuning program. With a tuner or tuning program you can turn the fans on and off just like factory so you dont need the VSC (the main reason I put off EL fans). Its up to you, but the MIT tube gets pretty thin in a few places and Im not sure how much of an improvement over stock.

Default anyone have the intake off?

Whats the diameter of the stock intake on the MAF and TB sides? Anyone know if they are all the same or not, the 6.0 trucks use a larger MAF at least?

I want to say 3" for the MAF and pipes, but the TB is bigger... Maybe 4"
