cam, LT headers, posi, gears, good tune and a 150 shot= probably high 12's in the 1/4.

Biggin you could buy things for your 4.8l with intention of putting them on a little bigger motor down the road, like a cam, heads, tranny/converter, fans, and any other supportings mods you need. And push the 4.8l as far as she can handle. As long as you dont get dumb or carried away that motor will last as much as you want it to spraying a 125. 150 I would put in a fuel pump for fuel pressure help.

Biggin I pmed you!

x2 I would buy every possible bolt on imagined including gears and stall and when you want to step up to the next level buy a 6.0L and swap everything over.

Hey Barretto. lol go to american pickup and check out the 6.0l and 4l80e they have.. its all complete and maybe you can trader your engine in and cash for it... its a complete engine and tranny for $2300 with 34000 miles.

Shanesmith, WHERE IS THIS????? Im very interested....

Biggin, you will need a fuel pump booster, inline pump, or drop in tank pump to go 150 safely and above. You start flirting with maxing out your fuel pump with a wet 125. Dry you will need bigger injectors!
