I RUNED 13.7@ 104 WITH STREET TIRES STOCK MOTOR

I believe the word you were looking for was ran a 13.7 at 104, not runed. Unless of course you were using ebonics, then you were right on.

i also ran that time 14.7 with cheap bridgstone duelers. they are AT tires, that's with an open rearend also, if i could just get a limited slip i'd easily be in the 13's. i don't think my truck weighs a 1000 pounds more than yours. can someone confirm that?
