my truck shifted at 5600 1-2 stock and fuel cutoff was 6000, i'm looking at my stock bin right now.

txsilverado, looking at the hypertech file, when hitting the towhaul mode, it actually lowers your rpm wot shift. maybe thats what wrong on your truck.

if your running stock tires and 3.42's, set the rev at 6200, 1-2/+4, 2-3/+12, and don't worry about 3-4. worked fine for me when i had my 3.42's. shifted around 6100.

Thanks guys, you have given me some food for thought. I do have the stock 3.42s (hate them) and I have 265/75 Nitto Terra Grapplers (love them). I will edit the shift points this weekend and if the rain holds off test it thoroughly.

3.42 is a great gear, get a stall.
