Well we took the truck around the block to see if it got better after work and it died in the driveway and wont start up now. When I crank it, you can hear 1 cylinder try to fire but it wont kick all the way over.
I'll buy a fuel pressure gauge tomorrow at work and check it. Where is the port on the fuel rail I can connect it to? Does 118,000 miles on a stock fuel pump sound about right? I can still hear it prime, but I have notice it sounds a little funny now. Its a bit more higher pitched of a whine.

well I think i found the problem. It was a mix of things.
1. bad gas/clogged fuel filter
2. loose spark plug wire (i dont know how that happend
) thanks for the idea of using the temperature gun btw
3. Ran it out of gas when me and my dad were driving it around the block
I guess my truck gets worse gas mileage than I thought, and my gas gauge hardly ever works anymore
Anyways, it sounds like its running better, gonna dump more b12 and lucas crap in it tomorrow and see how she does.
Thanks for all the help guys!

Those handheld temp guns are money. I picked that trick up from my cousin's engine builder for his circle track race car. Anytime they get a misfire or something isn't quite right, the temp gun always tells which cylinder(s) are significantly colder than the rest. Glad that was of use to you.
