Default How To Read Predators Diagnostics Screen?

I have my first mail order Nelson tune. It seems to be great but to make sure I am fully optimized I need some help on how to get the correct readings. I still have my Predator. I would like to read and report to Allen my findings to see if I can benefit from further tweaking.
I found;
Knock Retard,
MAF,
O2 Banks, 4 each, two 1's and two 2's.

I did not see, nor know what are the following;
ltrims and Max Timing? How are they represented on the Predator's screen?

What kind of driving scenarios do I perform to get what he needs. I will have a passenger monitoring and recording the readout.

Thanks,

temp---195-180-160
ltrims short --short term ltrims will dance around.
ltrims long --long terms are what you want to watch.neg readings are best.
iac--intake air temps
rpms
speed.
maf/--readings will go from 1.2 to the max reading. the max reading will be right before you shift.
spark--this is the timing.-it will max right before you shift also.
02's--bank one bank 2 and so on. they will go from 25 to 900. they should always be switching around except at wot. they should climb to around 800 and a little above.
knock ret--last one.0.8 to 1.2 is ghost jknock from what i have found. 2.0 and above might be some .

How are ltrims represented on the Predators screen? I do not see "ltrim" on the list.
And are any of the readouts usefull at cruising speeds?
