Default How quick should I be and what next????

I have a 99 Ex-Cab Short box with a 5.3, Auto, 3.42 with factory posi. Mods are...
Whipple charger(putting out 8.5lbs), Westers Tune for the whipple, 42lb injectors, Walbro HP booster pump, K&N open air, LT-1 E-fans, Magnecore Thundervolt wires, NGK TR-6 plugs, Doug Thorley Tri-Y's (long tube) true dual with flowmasters. Tranny just has a Corvette servo. I'm putting on BF Goodrich G Force KDW's this summer 275/35/20's to help traction. Its bagged with 20's all around. I want to be strong in the 13's with this. Wondering where I should be right now and what I should do either...
Stall converter
Alky/H20 injection
ZEX Wet kit
Before I did the Walbro pump and when I had the 6lb pulley I ran an LS1 6speed camaro from kick down at 28mph up to 70 and he was barely starting to pull away. And a SRT-10, he shot instantly 2 car lengths ahead when I kicked down but couldn't pull away after that.

I think you should be somewhere in the low 13.'s with good traction maybe high 12.'s. I would do a stall converter next.

well you do have some extra baggage with the airbags and the equipment to operate it and 20's are pretty heave as a wheel in general so i would say 13's yes if the tuner knew what they were doing as far as low 13's i dont think so but i hope the best for you and as far as a zex kit do not do that go to daves in the sponsor list >>>>> and get an NX kit and a lot of people have had great luck with the TNT kit as well i would say the stall next too though that will help out times tremendously as soon as you learn how to launch it other than that you would loose time from all of the spin good luck
