How much grinding is need to fit a pair of 15" rims? From what I can remember its no too awful much. I just wanna know if it is gonna be enough to where it causes durability issues with the caliper/bracket.

Anyone know how much different the truck calipers are vs the F-body???
I had 15s on my T/A and if the grinding is about the same I'll do it again for this truck.
Lot's more choices for 15" slicks and there is more siidewall for better traction. :0

Been there done that.I put 15" wheels on my 99 GMC Sierra. They were steel American Racing 15x8. I had to grind about 3/8 to 1/2 of an inch off.I put a 3/8 inch spacer between the rim and rotor. They fit great. I had about 1/4 inch of clearance between the rims and calipers.I also ran a set of 28x10.50-15 MT et streets.
