I've got a whipple with 8-9lbs boost, no whipple electronics, 8.1L marine injectors and a modified/custom tune. Stock i saw 222rwhp, now i get 372. 150hp gain. Still nowhere near happy, LOL

I am planning on using the carb style intake on mine. there just isn't a practical way of doing it without losing the truck intake.

Why not just do a LS6 style intake like ryan23silverado? Moves the TB out of the way enough to pipe around it.

I have a whipple supercharger and I love it. I would like to have a way to cool it down. It seems that Nitrous is the best way to cool them down. I was told the best way to cool them down was to spray a shoot of nitrous right below the rotors because that is where the hot air is coming out.
Anyway I got to go back to work on the 5.7LS1 project. Talk to later Yellow

I was just doing some work on the setup and I had water out of the intercooler. (pretty much like no intercooler then). And it felt like a dog. ...well maybe not a dog but it was definitely down on power.
I have everything back together now. It runs extremely hard!
I can't wait for someone else to intercool their whipple. You are in for a helluva suprise

Love that Whipple feeling! Been running it on the burb for almost 3 years now. Installed at 65K and pushing 130K miles now. Still running the stock pulley while trying to decide on a cooling system. Need INTERCOOLER! Maybe someone will eventually help us out.
