how long should i order cutout wiring harness?

Default how long should i order cutout wiring harness?

i am going to be ordering some dmh electric cutouts this week about what length should the wiring be for the in cab switch to run to one cutout right behind each manifold? these will be going on my 03 rcsb silverado

Aslong as you can, you might change your mind where u want the switch after you get them.. It is easier to shorten them, then it is to lengthen them..

how long are we talkin here? i need a ballpark figure because i have no idea and i suck at estimating myself

remember its alot easier to make a wire shorter, than to make it longer.

The DMH cutout comes with the wire and it's very long.

6 ft, you can always shorten it.. If it is too short, you can always add. It is a simple harness, what 3 wires??? DO IT
