Default How to keep it from leaning out? (6.0 w/whipple)

I'm about to get my 01 C3 with the whipple back together (if whipple will ever return our calls in regards to getting thier computer to work). I've put forged pistons and rods in this reworked 6.0 (piston skirts were broke), and done some head work, along with adding some 1.85 rockers, but leaving the stock cam.

It's previous best of 13.4 is pretty good for a daily driver, and another few tenths would be a bonus, but I'm more concerned at this point with driveability and longevity.

In an attempt to keep this from going lean again, I'm wondering if lack of fuel was the culprit (stock fuel pump) or just needing bigger injectors.?

Looking for some suggestions. Thx!
