I would like to purchase some pacesetters and need to keep the truck emissions legal. I am not trying to break the bank with dynatechs. What do you recommend? Before I went catless on my z28, I had a catted ypipe that threw insufficient switching codes from time to time. I do not want these issues with whatever system I choose.

do what i do with the long tube headers i put on maros, vetts and on my trailblazer ss.

Call up dynatech, jba or whoever makes street legal headers for your car and say hey my carb eo number came off can you send me a new on for smog checks. They will send you them and then just tack it on and there you go. when you go to the ref they will see the carb number and no questions asked and dont worry it will pass the sniffer as long as you have cats on it.

This is what I'm going to do. I have to move my cats back a little bit, but I doubt the Quik Lube jockeys will ntice.

I think the dynatech full exhaust is actually street legal, but I am not 100%. If you don't have to pass a sniffer, you may juts want to hollow your cats and weld them in, then delete the sensors in your tune.
