Default How does the exhaust setup sound?

Ok currently i have a 99 GMC with lift and 38" tires. I was in the need for some power. So i went with strait pipes out of the cats into flowmaster 40's dumped after the axle. That was back when i never researched. It is time for a change.
Thorley Headers into high flo cats into magnaflow x-pipe into 2-12" bullets dumped before axle with turndowns. Sound good?

Where would be the perfect ideal location for the x pipe?
Ya think high flo cats would throw 02 codes?

they reccommend install the x pipe 18 inches back from the headers i do believe. thats pretty hard to do in alot of our trucks though. my x pipe is just about dead center in the middle of my truck.
