I took 6th out of 37 trucks in the 8000# street class at the 2003 Scheid Diesel Extravaganza (w/o nitrous)

I regularly tow a 32' enclosed goosneck trailer with one or two pulling tractors inside. The truck, trailer, tractor(s) weigh 20000-26000# combined.

Quadzilla Stealth (tuning programmer) & Comp Juice (tuning box) on the Duramax, NOS nitrous, ATS Level 3 in the Allison, Custom Airbox with K&N Filter, Flowmaster Muffler on stock 3.5" exhaust (muffler removed @ track), Rancho 9000X Shocks, Eaton Elocker in front, Eaton G80 in back, "beefed up" stock tie rods, 285x75x16 BFG AT's on stock rims

 

Can you give me a list of the stuff on your truck cause I have a hard time beliving you get in the 11's with that truck. I mean Im a member of DHRA and I really havent seen many Duramax's get close to that.

 

Go read over on www.thedieselpage.com . I've seen vid clips of that truck starting in the mid 14's a while ago and just drops more and more. From my memory on the posts this truck was stuck in the low 12s for a long time. With the dual boxes alone in his sig... that's good for about 300rwhp alone... So go roll your eyes elsewhere before callin the BS flag.

Ligenfelter, you are supposed to confince us you are a diesel EXPERT. not doubting you, but sometimes you run your mouth before you think it seems. i too have seen the video of that truck running 11.9x on the dieselpage. hell with just a hot edgew/ attitude we can run 13.9x on nothing special and stock.

Acting this way is why you are getting no respect on this board. You act like you are 12 years old...my brothers (12 and 14) act more mature than you are acting. If you really knew sooooooo much about diesel tech and performance in general, you'd acknowlegde your errors about stuff like most everyone else does inorder not to be hippocratic in your ways of trying to gain respect. Throwing a BS Flag on stuff we know is true is a very poor attempt to gain credibility.

Lastly, if you think you have more knowledge than I on transmissions as well as general automotive info than I, I'd give you some respect but until you prove that to me and stop acting like a punk *** bitch then show everyone else some respect you can go **** yourself. And anytime you want to throw down with me, come get some *******... I have no respect for you (and your childish antics) and have had a pretty bad deathwish here the last four months so you better watch out who you smart off to.

do you have a stock size fuel line on the dmax and what MPG are you getting?
