No. I have built the 60e to the moon. The latest one has started to slip with 82 miles on it. A line to my trans cooler was not put on properly and it blew out fluid and caused the clutches to **** the bed.

Ditch the shorties, they generally only help up top. LT's will help more down low, and the Pacesetter's Ceramic coated are cheaper than the JBA's. You can also get the Y-pipe combo with these and don't have to worry about gutting the cats. From there 3" single in/out, or split it into 2 2.5" outs for better flow. Get a stall converter. Cam your choice, alot is preference to a point, just be sure to match the combos, ie 236/240 cam with a 2600 stall and 5600 shift points isn't the optimum setup. Tuning HPT, EFI Live to tune yourself, or you can't go wrong with tunes from Nelson, Wait4Me, TSP, etc...

No. The guy is on vacation this week. but when he gets back he is suppose to fix the trans for free becasue it is his fault. my side B solinoid failed again and that is what caused the line to blow. the 60 should hold for now

I agree about ditchin the shorties, that's what I plan to do eventually. Only problem is the PaceSetters don't fit 4x4's . Gonna have to go with ASM's, DynaTech, StainlessWorks, or something else that'll fit an 03 4x4

What about The Other Guys Headers? Mid length or long tube? I thought short tubes gave you more bottom end, and long top. Guess I had that all screwed up. Budhayes, are you planning on getting headers any time soon? I'd be very interested in hearing how you make out.

The TOG's have gotten some decent reviews around here (and ls1tech), they seem to be pretty high quality, plus I think they're smog legal. Not sure of anyone who's using them though. It'll be a while before I get my LT's unfortunately, gonna be a while before I can afford them, plus I'm having surgery on my rt shoulder and elbow Sept 2, and I'll be down for a few weeks. (maybe by the time I'm ready PaceSetter will be making em for the 4x4's lol!)

For myself, I like the looks of the StainlessWorks, but they're not sure if they'll fit 99-02's My second choice is probably gonna be ASM's, depending on what's available when I'm ready

Well, good luck on your surgery! I'll have to do some shopping around and compare price, finish, flange thickness, y pipe or no, etc, etc... but I think headers are next on the list. So far not much noticable gains with replacement muffler, and cold air intake. Well, it sound cool, but that's about it.
