has this setup been working good for you? i see that your car fuel rails have a regulator on them, is that a problem? Did you keep the factory fuel filter (under the cab) as well?
I need to hook up my TBSS intake with returnless fuel rails to my return style 03 Silverado.

Another thing, do stock injectors have smaller o-rings compared to those of the TBSS LS2 injectors? In other words, can I just pull out my stock injectors and just put them on the TBSS steel fuel rails?

I am almost ready to mount my vette FPR to the rails and will post a pic but I read there might need to be changes in the tune for athomspheric vs vaccum referanced fuel pressure, is that something a good tuner will be able to do?

Im not sure either but I already mounted my fuel system with my Intake. Now I just hope it works. I still have a few things to install back onto my enigne but it should be complete pretty soon. I'll post up a few pics of what I did here in a bit.

yes you can get the rails to work you will have to do the return at the aftermarket regulator works fine.
get a 3 port fuel regulator.
