Question How do I get more HORSEPOWER?

Just bought 1999 2dr 2 wheel dr Tahoe with 5.7l VORTEC. I have already put crank and alternator pulley, throttle body spacer, cold air, flowmaster and programmer. What else can I do, apart from supercharging? Nothing to crazy I use this as daily driver.

I'd be looking into what cams are available and some custom PCM tuning, along with some headers.

You can put 1.6 Roller rockers on it, add a mild 208/214 cam from Crane, definately a custom tune is looking into rather than a hypertech...big gains in that, and some long tube headers and high flow cats.

Oh, you might pick up some more if you get rid of the flowmaster and get a magnaflow instead or something that flows better. Flowmaster has great sound but just doesn't flow what an engine needs too. Just my .02.
