How can i know if is a real vortec max????

Default How can i know if is a real vortec max????

Ok guys im new to this game of the trucks and im buying a truck is a 2007 nnbs, i want to know how can i know if its a real vortecmax since the sticker they have on the airbox is gone....

vin # or head casting i believe

ok will check that on the vin number what digit should i see?

The head casting numbers should be 823s..

Get the last 8 #s of the vin and call a dealership. The tailpipe comes straight out the back.
