Default How is this cam?

I called Comp Cams today and they suggested this cam for my 5.3HO.
Its a custom grind.

The specs of my truck are in my sig, Am I able to run that much lift and not have piston to valve problems?
Can someone give me a guess on HP with the mods I have done?
Thanks Mitch.

I believe it is always recommended to check PTV at the time of installation, especially since you have flat top pistons.

You'll be absolutely fine. Valve lift has no effect on piston to valve clearance. Duration DOES. You're nowhere near the neighborhood of PTV interference with the cam you listed above.

If you want to wait until this spring I'll have a cam near those specs for sale with only 2K miles on it. Until then my truck is in storage.

I may be interested in that cam come spring if indeed it is what it's claimed to be.
