How big of a hole in the Throttle body?

Default How big of a hole in the Throttle body?

Well i put my 216/220 cam in and it dont like to idle good and it stalls out alot. some1 told me to drill a hole in the TB blade, but how big? i know this will help cause alot of the f-body guys have to do it. but how big should i go? And is it hard to get the TB off? thanks!

As small as will do the job.I'd start with a 1/8"or smaller hole.The throttlebody is easy to remove.

With that cam, I drilled a 9/32 hole and it seemed to do the trick.
