how much weight can these leaf springs hold campared to stock?

I would say a little more. I've had my truck loaded down and didn't notice it any lower loaded than unloaded. However, with the stock leafs the truck will sit like you've got a 2" drop in back when it is loaded.

That's a good question. I've been considering this drop too, but tow quite a bit with an 800lbs tongue weight.

get some helper bags. They work really well on a truck with drop springs. They can help you out at the track as well
