Default Hot A/C after disconnecting battery?

I disconnected the neg. battery cable and the unplugged the MAF to clean it. I hooked everything back up and started truck and then I got hot A/C! WTFFFFFFFFF!!!!!!!!!! This happened once before and I had to reflash the computer and it went away. Now I have Nelson Tune and can not use the superchips hand held to reflash. What do I do? What would cause this? Anyone...............

My A/C does not work any more either?! I can turn on the A/C with my EFILive, but I am not driving around all the time with the laptop on. I wonder if I need a new A/C switch? This happened after my Nelson Tune.

I had this problem recently too. Hot air coming out the first time I drove it, then back to cold the second time I started it up. Been the same ever since
