Default Homemade intake pics

I just got through making a intake for my 5.3. I have about $70 in it.. $50 for the k&n and $20 for the parts at lowes. It has a 4in to 3in rubber hose from the TB to the 90 deg abs pipe, about 1 feet of black abs pipe, a 3in to 3in rubber hose from the pipe to the MAF. Gonna track test it this weekend

do you have anything to help prop it up?... i cant see from the pics... i figure there would be alot of bouncing and probability of loosening if not.

Looks good guys. I've been thinking about trying to come up with something for my truck. I want to hear more turbo noise from my engine.

onyx_silverado I used zip ties to hold everything in place. JSmith yours looks good! I'm gonna fab up a heat shield too later on....and get the rad. hose away from the pipe. Thanks for the positive comments...Heck I just didn't see paying $250+ for an intake when you can make one for so much cheaper!
