I checked the filter today when I got home from school and look what I found!
And a close up.
Obviously it's doing it's job. I haven't noticed any gain, like there would be, but it does put my mind at ease knowing that it's not going into my intake.

Ok well I finished the catch can I was making. All less than $30 in parts. Here it goes.
This is the new tube and filter on. At the bottom right you can see the PCV valve also on the new tube. I didn't have any actual hose clamps so I used some stainless safty wire. Hell they use it on airplanes so I don't see why I can't.
These are the two points, A and B. Need to fit it in there somehow.
And this is it in place. Incredibly simple mod. I don't know if it's doing anything yet as I just put it in a little bit ago. I'll check it in a few days, see if it actually catches anything.
And with the cover back on. Hardly even notice it.
Have fun.

I ran a catch can setup on my old truck. When I was running a whipple, I had two - one on each side of the PCV. You wouldn't believe the amount of oil that was getting blown into the throttle body when the motor was under boost.
