Default hmmm maybe 14's

i have an 06 sierra 5.3 ecsb, as soon as tax returns get in i am ordering 4.10's, lt headers with ORY pipe, shift kit, intake, TB spacer. and debating on a good deal for a diablo i found or learning how to use HP tuner and getting that instead? what kinda times should i expect. i know i will walk over my friends f150 but i am hoping 14's....something about 14's in a full size with minor bolt ons is nice. and advice would be nice

Forget the TB spacer, it wont do anything for you but rob your pocket and go for the HPT or get a dyno tune and 14's are quite possible.

14's are possible IMO. I'm runnin a 15.08 w/out any kind of fuel tuning using HPTuners. Just lt's, ORY, stock cats, no muffler, 3.73's on the stock G80 locker, stock tires, K&N intake, and that's it really. Im 2wd too btw, I tune everything myself with HPtuners and finally I got my wideband setup and I'm going to start tuning the fuel end soon. I'm hopin to hit a 14.9X or lower once I get the tune done. if you have any ?'s just pm me. also, like trever said, dont waste money on a tb spacer. and nitrous is no bueno for the 4L60E

no. i just fixed my sig... been meaning to get it all straightened out.

I hope its understandable now..

on the 14.92 i read the Hypercrapper tune with EFI Live and changed a couple things.. I didnt know much then, so i didnt want to over do it.

when i get through tuning as it is and the 2400 and LSD in, i should be able to Hammer it out of the hole.. my 60's were 2.22 and 2.3. Thats the fastest and the slowest of the 5or 6 runs that day.
